If you are not a pedestrian in southeast Olympia, you may have missed out on this festive gem of a library. Fully bedecked in southwestern swag, this cheery library ups its creative game by boasting a roof-top garden. As of this writing, it is currently unregistered. It is located on a section of Moore St. that is a dead-end for cars between the Carlyon and North streets. There is a pedestrian path connecting to North for those on legs.
