Yes -- we have time. No -- its not an emergency. Take the "climate change" politics out of hyper-squeal and really look at the assorted proposals in terms of the science. Whether Olympia's buildings are gas or electrically heated doesn't change squat. If the Olympia City Council wants to collapse the local businesses that supply natural gas and maintain the machinery -- fine. But just be straightforward and outlaw those companies.
