The Estuarium is happy to announce our 2021 Meet the Beach program schedule! This free program runs during the summer at your favorite local beaches during low tides.
Wade through the mud and turn over rocks to discover estuary creatures like crabs, worms, sea stars and clams during summer low.
Our Beach Naturalists provide visitors with resources to learn about the wonderful estuary plants and animals in our extraordinary and unique estuaries. Expand your appreciation of the Puget Sound while spending a day on the beach! Discover sea stars, snails, crabs, jellyfish, and everything in between- just look for the bright green vests with “Volunteer” written on the back!
