LACEY –– The City of Lacey invites the community to attend an online informational open house on a proposed comprehensive plan amendment and rezone in Northeast Lacey on Tuesday, Aug. 11 at 7 p.m. To attend, interested parties must register for the free Zoom webinar at bit.ly/NEOpenHouse.
Ever Success, Inc., owner of the 11.51-acre parcel (#11801240100) located on the northeast corner of 31st Avenue Northeast and Willamette Drive Northeast, is requesting the city rezone the property from community commercial to 9.51 acres of high-density residential and two acres of neighborhood commercial. The neighborhood commercial portion would be located on the southwest corner of the parcel.
Ever Success, Inc. is hosting the online open house to provide information to the community and give residents an opportunity to ask questions. To get the application details, visit ci.lacey.wa.us/Planning-Commission and view the June 16, 2020, planning commission meeting packet.
