Friday Afternoon Discussions: 1:00 pm
Join us for some intellectual stimulation. Everyone will have a chance to talk to the group about a specific topic. Some days we may feature a presentation by one person, with questions and comments contributed by the other people present in the virtual meeting. Recent Topics included: Famous People you have met; Who is your Hero?, Places you have lived, Hobbies or passtimes you enjoy, What kind of jobs you have worked , and more!
The Brighter Days Adult Day Program is offering virtual programs using the Zoom video conferencing platform.
We offer a seated Exercise program on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 11:00 am; Game Time on Tuesday afternoons at 2:00 pm; A music Happy Hour on Thursday afternoons at 2:00 pm and a Discussion time on Friday afternoons at 1:00 pm.
Pre-recorded programs are available on Vimeo which you can access on your own schedule.
We welcome all interested seniors to participate in these programs.
