Get Out of Your Head & Into Your Body

Too many people miss out on the full pleasure of sex because they’re in their heads, not in the sensations of their body. Getting stuck in your head can become the invisible barrier that keeps you from being fully enraptured and in the moment. It doesn’t need to be that way!

In this class, Jessie Fresh will share some simple techniques to bring you back to the sexual ecstasy that’s possible for you.

Linger Boutique, Downtown Olympia’s newest lingerie, sleepwear and sexual wellness shop, will host Jessie Fresh, a Portland-based Sexuality and Relationship Coach, to help local women overcome invisible barriers to pleasure.

Get Out of Your Head and Into Your Body is a workshop focused on being more present and mindful to experience deeper connection, intimacy, and pleasure.

“The brain is the largest sexual organ,” says Shauna Stewart, Founder of Linger Boutique. “When our minds are busy or stressed, we can have a hard time connecting with our body or our partner. By slowing down and staying curious, we can enjoy more satisfying intimacy. We look forward to hosting Jessie Fresh and learning some new tips from her on how to do just that.”

The workshop takes place on Saturday, July 16, 2022, at Mercato Ristorante located at 111 Market Street in Downtown Olympia. Doors open at 4:30 PM for drinks and appetizers and the presentation begins at 5 PM. All attendees will have access to a FREE follow up coaching call with Jessie Fresh.
