Intercity Transit's Earn-A-Bike Class

In this class, you will learn essential bicycle safety and maintenance skills to help prepare you to ride your bicycle independently. The Intercity Transit Walk N Roll program will teach you through a series of hands-on activities and group bicycle rides on city streets. Intercity Transit will provide you with a refurbished bicycle and a new helmet to use during the class. When you complete the course, you will be given your own bicycle and helmet to take home on the final day of class. If you are unable to transport your bicycle home, Intercity Transit can deliver. This class is open to beginner bicycle riders, although you need to know how to ride a bicycle to participate. Classes meet at Intercity Transit’s Walk N Roll Youth Education Center in downtown Olympia.
