James Bret Seals, 61, passed away September 15, 2021, in Olympia, Washington, where he was born October 1, 1959, to James A. and Linda G. Seals. He died at home.
Bret graduated from Tumwater High School in 1978. He married Katherine Haddock in 1998 in Reno, Nevada. He worked for Tech1 Building Maintenance in Thurston County from 1987 to 2018.
Bret was a very outgoing person, and was kind and giving to everyone he met. He was proud to be a papa, and loved his grandchildren. He enjoyed antiques and old hot rods.
He is survived by his wife, Katherine of Olympia; sons, Michael of Tumwater, and Justin of Shelton; daughter, Jaymee of Olympia; seven grandchildren; brother, Greg of Olympia; and sister, Jennifer of Olympia. He was predeceased by his father, James A. Seals; and grandparents, Maynard and June Holmes.
