Monday and Wednesday Morning Exercise: 11:00 am
A half hour session of basic movement stretches and muscle workout from a seated position. Emphasis is on body awareness, breathing deeply and getting the parts of the body moving.
The Brighter Days Adult Day Program is offering virtual programs for seniors, using the Zoom video conferencing platform. We offer a seated Exercise program on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 11:00 am; Game Time on Tuesday afternoons at 2:00 pm; A music Happy Hour on Thursday afternoons at 2:00 pm and a Discussion time on Friday afternoons at 1:00 pm.
Pre-recorded programs are available on Vimeo which you can access on your own schedule.
We welcome all interested seniors to participate in these programs.
