Online "virtual" open house on homelessness ends Monday

Sponsored by the City of Lacey, it's open to all and you can offer feedback

The Lacey Community Workgroup on Homelessness is presenting a virtual open house to present their findings over the past several months.

In addition to seeing the findings the group has compiled, community members can leave comments and provide feedback.

Lacey assembled the Community Workgroup on Homelessness in July 2020, with the intention of the community members developing a 12-month project. For months, the group has compiled information they’ve learned about homelessness within the city of Lacey.

The open house is entirely virtual, and launched on February 15. It will be open to the public until March 1. It breaks down the various elements of homelessness into six “exhibits” — such as “conditions & causes” and “income & employment.”
