On 03/06/23 at 9:38 a.m. in the 100 block of Wichman St N, Sheriff's deputies arrested Dalton Adam Berry, 29, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 03/06/23 at 12:49 p.m. in the 8900 block of James Rd SW, Sheriff's deputies arrested Bernie James Madison, 48, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Lacey Police Department

On 03/06/23 at 9:46 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Rd SE, police arrested Dieauka Y Bradley, 25, on suspicion of 1) possession of a stolen vehicle and 2) possession of drug paraphernalia.

On 03/06/23 at 5:20 p.m. in the 1300 block of Marvin Rd NE, police arrested Margie Maloney, 46, on an out-of-town warrant.

On 03/06/23 at 4:24 a.m. in the 8300 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Tyson Henry Whitesides, 33, on suspicion of theft all other larceny.

On 03/06/23 at 7:42 p.m. in the 200 block of Thurston Ave NE/Franklin St NE, police arrested April D Damaske-Forbes, 35, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 03/06/23 at 6:41 p.m. in the 200 block of 4th Ave E, police arrested Dana L Murray, 39, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 03/06/23 at 6:15 p.m. in the 1100 block of Jefferson St SE, police arrested Kimo Kai Kaneshiro-Suliver, 42, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 03/06/23 at 6:09 p.m. in the 1100 block of Jefferson St SE, police arrested William A Anderson, 40, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 03/06/23 at 5:20 p.m. in the 4200 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Monte Eldin Hicks, 40, on suspicion of 1) third-degree theft and 2) obstructing a law enforcement officer.

On 03/06/23 at 4:00 p.m. in the 900 block of Plum St SE, police arrested Joshua M Eastman, 24, on suspicion of 1) second-degree arson and 2) theft.

On 03/06/23 at 1:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Aurora R Murphy, 38, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 03/06/23 at 1:00 p.m. in the 200 block of Legion Way SW/Water St SW, police arrested Martin Adrian Ruley, 22, on suspicion of failure to appear.
