Olympia Police Department

At 11:30 a.m. Thursday in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast, police arrested Steven E. Clark, 34, on suspicion of two counts of failure to appear in court.

At 11:30 a.m. Thursday in the 3200 block of Martin Way East, police arrested Virgil P. Morgan, 38, on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender and on an out-of-town warrant.

At 12:41 p.m. Thursday in the 100 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast, police arrested Raistlin D. Watkins, 29, on suspicion of pedestrian interference. 

At 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the 3200 block of Martin Way East, police arrested Phillip D. Eckert, 40, on an out-of-town warrant.

At 10 p.m. Thursday in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast, police arrested Adam J. Stutzman, 34, on suspicion of four counts of failure to apply.

Lacey Police Department

At 8:49 a.m. Thursday in the 4500 block of Carpenter Road Southeast, police arrested Justin T. Hall, 41, on suspicion of unlawful possession of legend drugs, hit and run and driving with a suspended license.

At 7:51 p.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of College Street Southeast, police arrested Joseph C. Cooley, 38, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

At 10:53 p.m. Thursday in the 4500 block of Lacey Boulevard Southeast, police arrested Alexander L. Ward, 30, on suspicion of reckless burning.

Tumwater Police Department

At 6:39 p.m. Thursday in the 700 block of Trosper Road Southwest, police arrested Deborah L. Mize, 35, on suspicion of possession of dangerous weapons.

At 10:26 p.m. Thursday in the 500 block of Trosper Road Southwest,  police arrested Don Oeun, 38, on a Tumwater warrant.

At 11:11 p.m. Thursday in the 1600 block of 74th Avenue Southwest, police arrested Nicole M. Harkcom, 40, on a Tumwater warrant.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
