Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 6/9/22 at 10:59 p.m. at Columbus Park, Sheriff's deputies arrested Benjarmen Cresteno Avina, 43, on suspicion of violation of a no-contact order.

On 6/9/22 at 9:00 p.m. in the 1300 block of Still Well St NE, Sheriff's deputies arrested Jeramiah Joseph Holsted, 25, on suspicion of 1) malicious mischief in the second degree, 2) intimidating a public servant, 3) possession of a stolen firearm, 4) assault in the third degree, 5) obstructing a law enforcement officer, 6) criminal trespass in the second degree, 7) unlawful possession of a firearm in the first degree, 8) malicious harassment, 9) resisting arrest and 10) malicious mischief in the third degree.

On 6/9/22 at 11:30 p.m. in the 5700 block of Black Lake Blvd, Sheriff's deputies arrested Miyuki Kawamura-Avina, 43, on suspicion of violation of a no-contact order.

On 6/9/22 at 12:08 a.m. in the 18100 block of Guava St SW, Sheriff's deputies arrested Kenny Eugene B Pennypacker, 32, on suspicion of 1) theft in the third degree and 2) malicious mischief in the third degree.

Lacey Police Department

On 6/9/22 at 3:29 a.m. in the 100 block of College St SE, police arrested Jesse Charles Quarles, 38, on suspicion of 1) possessing a stolen firearm and 2) unlawful possession of firearms. 

On 6/9/22 at 3:44 a.m. in the 100 block of College St SE, police arrested Erica Ricarla Doyle, 37, for an out-of-town warrant. 

On 6/9/22 at 6:34 p.m. in the 5300 block of Corporate Center Loop SE, police arrested Devon A Sumrall, 22, on suspicion of theft all other larceny. 

Olympia Police Department 

On 6/9/22 at 12:43 a.m. in the 1500 block of Copper Point Rd SW, police arrested Winston W Wilson, 47, on suspicion of 1) driving with a suspended license and 2) failure to transfer title within 45 days. 

On 6/9/22 at 5:05 a.m. in the 3600 block of 14th Ave SE, police arrested Jared B Herrin-Ly, 25, on suspicion of 1) driving with a suspended license and 2) violation of trip permit.  

On 6/9/22 at 2:27 p.m. in the 3600 block of 14th Ave SE, police arrested Garret Brice Woodman, 30, on suspicion of reckless burning. 

Tumwater Police Department 

On 6/9/22 at 5:00 a.m. in the 3400 block of Ferguson St SW, police arrested Jesse Charles Quarles, 38, on suspicion of 1) residential burglary and 2) violation of no contact order. 

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
