On 03/16/23 at 8:08 p.m. in the 8200 block of James Rd SW, Sheriff's deputies arrested Courtney Jean Besch, 42, on suspicion of violation of a protection order.

On 03/16/23 at 6:00 p.m. in the 9400 block of Martin Way E, Sheriff's deputies arrested William Wesley Blocker, 54, on suspicion of possession of a dangerous weapon.

On 03/16/23 at 11:45 a.m. in the 10500 block of Mullen Rd SE, Sheriff's deputies arrested Kirk David Reynolds, 37, on suspicion of second-degree assault.

Lacey Police Department

On 03/16/23 at 9:46 p.m. in the 4000 block of Pacific Ave SE, police arrested Daniel James Mattheis, 29, on a felony warrant.

On 03/16/23 at 3:22 p.m. in the 200 block of Carpenter Rd SE, police arrested James Cordell D Hirsch, 48, on suspicion of violation of a protection order.

Olympia Police Department

On 03/16/23 at 7:29 p.m. in the 3300 block of Ensign Rd NE, police arrested Kristie Lee Heath-Mills, 48, on a misdemeanor warrant.

On 03/16/23 at 6:41 p.m. in the 1900 block of 4th Ave E, police arrested Racquiah Rae Spillers, 26, on suspicion of 1) third-degree assault, 2) second-degree burglary and 3) resisting arrest.

On 03/16/23 at 3:53 p.m. in the 1900 block of 4th Ave E, police arrested Justin D Comas, 42, on suspicion of theft.

On 03/16/23 at 10:40 a.m. in the 1800 block of Wheeler Ave SE, police arrested Moises Vasquez Vargas, 37, on suspicion of first-degree driving while license suspended.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
