Olympia Police Department

At 10:34 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Franklin Street Northeast, police arrested Kenneth M. Stenek, 35, on suspicion of second-degree trespassing.

At 1:41 p.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of 14th Avenue Southeast, police arrested Trevor J. Humphrey, 41, on suspicion of residential burglary.

At 8:09 p.m. Tuesday at the Olympia Police Department, police arrested Junior R. David, 41, on suspicion of failure to comply.

At 11:04 p.m. Tuesday at 16th and Cherry Street, police arrested Sam A. MacLeod, 22, and Brendan W. Inkley, 27, on suspicion of property damage.

Lacey Police Department

At 11:18 a.m. Tuesday in the 5600 block of Corporate Center Lane Southeast, police arrested Raymond T. Dual, 36, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

At 12:20 p.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of Woodland Square Loop Southeast, police arrested Jesse A. Thompson, 36, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

At 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of College Street Southeast, police arrested Luke J. Dye, 32, on suspicion of indecent exposure.

At 8:32 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of College Street Southeast, police arrested Mark A. Murdock, 52, on an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

Yelm Police Department

At 12:57 p.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of Stevens Avenue Northeast, police arrested Nicholas J. Quillan, 40, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
