At 4:21 a.m. Tuesday in the 2000 block of 18th Avenue Southeast, police arrested James M. Robinette, 51, on suspicion of making threats to kill.

At 11 a.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast, police arrested Casey J. Arbogast, 49, on suspicion of a probation violation.

At 6:37 p.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of Black Lake Boulevard Southwest, police arrested Chase E. Arevalo, 39, on suspicion of shoplifting.

At 6:54 p.m. Tuesday in the 2000 block of Capital Mall Drive Southwest, police arrested Christopher M. Johnson, 43, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

Lacey Police Department

At 9:44 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of College Street Southeast, police arrested Joey T. Gondola, 25, on a Lacey warrant.

At 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of Woodland Square Loop Southeast, police arrested Mark A. Perea, 38, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

At 10:16 p.m. Tuesday in the 5200 block of Yelm Highway Southeast, police arrested Eric J. Andreas, 48, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

Yelm Police Department

At 1:28 a.m. Tuesday in the 11500 block of Bald Hills Road Southeast, police arrested Gary G. Burns, 43, on an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

At 3:25 a.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of Edwards Street Northwest, police arrested Walter E. Lawrence, 37, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

At 4:04 a.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of Longmire Street Southwest, police arrested Andrew J. Carroll, 30, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
