At 12:03 a.m. Tuesday in the 2100 block of Caton Way Southwest, police arrested Brandy W. Campbell, 57, on an out-of-town warrant.
 
At 12:37 a.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of Black Lake Boulevard, police arrested Phillip L. Barber, 40, on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
 
At 11:09 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of Yauger Way Southwest, police arrested Nichelle R. Weber, 52, on suspicion of violation of a court order.
 
Tumwater Police Department
 
At 12:29 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of Tumwater Boulevard, police arrested Justin M. Bryner, 40, on suspicion of third-degree theft.
 
Yelm Police Department
 
At 12:14 a.m. Tuesday in the 9100 block of Wilkensen Road Southeast, police arrested Carlos A. Cisneros, 23, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.
 
At 2:55 p.m. Tuesday in the 16500 block of State Route 507, police arrested Paige B.L. Fronczak, 19, on suspicion of failure to transfer vehicle title within 45 days.
 
At 3 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue Southeast, police arrested Katie L. Lay, 22, on a Yelm warrant.
