At 1:43 p.m. Tuesday in the 1700 block of Cooper Point Road Southwest, police arrested David A. Thurston, 28, on suspicion of unlawful imprisonment, making threats to kill, fourth-degree assault and on an out-of-town warrant.
 
At 7:09 p.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block of Fones Road Southeast, police arrested Jeffery D. Ford, 41, on suspicion of failure to appear in court.
 
At 8:35 p.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of Fones Road Southeast, police arrested Russchell Stewart, 45, on suspicion of theft.
 
At 9:26 p.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive Northeast, police arrested Nicholas T. Quinlan, 42, on suspicion of theft.
 
At 10:56 p.m. Tuesday in the 2200 block of Wheeler Avenue Southeast, police arrested Garrett C. Mauro, 31, on suspicion of failure to appear in court.

At 5:51 a.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of College Street Southeast, police arrested Corie L. Jorgenson, 43, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.
 
At 5:48 a.m. Tuesday in the 6100 block of Pacific Avenue Southeast, police arrested John N. Kamunyu, 19, on suspicion of racing vehicles.
 
At 5:56 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Sleater Kinney Road Northeast, police arrested Chazz S. Anderson, 33, on an out-of-town warrant.
 
At 6:34 a.m. Tuesday in the 6100 block of Pacific Avenue Southeast, police arrested Matthew F. Shore, 33, on suspicion of racing vehicles.
 
At 1:35 p.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive Northeast, police arrested Wendell P. Elliott, 37, on suspicion of misdemeanor theft.

At 11:14 a.m. Tuesday in the 3500 block of Capitol Boulevard South, police arrested James K. Rice, 52, on an out-of-town warrant.
 
At 11:13 p.m. Tuesday in the 6800 block of Shalom Drive Southwest, police arrested Anthony J. Wilsie, 32, on an out-of-town warrant.
 
Yelm Police Department
 
At 3:54 p.m. Tuesday in the 9500 block of Solberg Court Southeast, police arrested Alan A. Niemi, 53, on an out-of-town warrant.
 
At 11:44 p.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of Yelm Avenue West, police arrested Charles S. Tarrance, 41, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.
