Olympia Police Department

At 12:27 a.m. Wednesday in the 1200 block of Deschutes Parkway Southwest, police arrested Michael D. Weltzer, 56, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

At 12:33 a.m. Wednesday in the 1700 block of Evergreen Park Drive Southwest, police arrested Robert A. Bennett, 37, on suspicion of use of drug paraphernalia.

At 12:57 a.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Division Street Northwest, police arrested Isaiah K. Heller, 20, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

At 4:34 a.m. Wednesday in the 1300 block of Cooper Point Road Southwest, police arrested Jason R. Watkins, 43, on suspicion of driving without a license.

At 9:33 a.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of Plum Street, police arrested Jonathan G. Polito, 40, on suspicion of failure to appear in court and on an Olympia warrant.

At 3:58 p.m. Wednesday in the 2900 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest, police arrested Lareciana M. Broussard-James, 24, on suspicion of shoplifting.

At 5:40 p.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of Plum Street, police arrested Joseph W. Farmer, 26,  on suspicion of failure to comply.

At 9:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 1100 block of Black Lake Boulevard, police arrested Casandra A. Charles, 26, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

At 9:23 p.m. Wednesday in the 2900 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest, police arrested Elizabeth B. Rogers, 26, on suspicion of failure to appear in court.

At 10:14 p.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of Deschutes Parkway Southwest, police arrested Nathan R. Sharlow, 33, on suspicion of driving under the influence, an ignition interlock violation and driving with a suspended license.

Lacey Police Department

At 1:50 a.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Marvin Road Northeast, police arrested Mariah M. Murray, 19, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

At 10:38 p.m. Wednesday in the 5900 block of Ruddell Road Southeast, police arrested Thomas A. Gairns, 63, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

Yelm Police Department

At 6:35 p.m. Wednesday in the 1100 block of Yelm Avenue East, police arrested Ricky D. Gillespie, 38, on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
