Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 6/8/22 at 9:53 p.m. in the 5900 block of Waldrick Rd SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Layne Albert Behling, 26, on suspicion of 1) eluding a police vehicle, 2) driving while license suspended in the third degree and 3) operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock when required.

On 6/8/22 at 8:18 a.m. at the Thurston County Jail, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Richard Douglas Jenks, 36, on suspicion of violation of a no-contact order.

Lacey Police Department

On 6/8/22 at 10:18 p.m. in the 5200 block of Mullen Rd SE, police arrested Rebecca A Hogan, 41, on suspicion of physical control. 

Olympia Police Department 

On 6/8/22 at 6:30 a.m. in the 2900 block of Capital Mall Dr SW, police arrested Jesse W Gamber, 28, on suspicion of failure to appear. 

On 6/8/22 at 9:10 a.m. in the 700 block of 7th Ave SE, police arrested Chad A Thompson, 49, on suspicion of physical control. 

On 6/8/22 at 10:00 a.m. in the 100 block of 900 block of Plum St SE, police arrested Gabriel Adam Johnson, 37, on suspicion of failure to appear. 

On 6/8/22 at10:43 p.m. in the 1600 block of 9th Ave SW, police arrested Jared Bailey Herrin-Ly, 25, on suspicion of 1) driving with a suspended license and 2) violation of trip permit. 

Tumwater Police Department 

On 6/8/22 at 12:08 p.m. in the 800 block of Deschutes Way SW, police arrested Mohammed Ali Cobain, 42, for an out-of-town warrant. 

On 6/8/22 at 2:25 p.m. in the 1300 block of 92nd Way SE, police arrested Victor Lafontained Gardner, 46, on suspicion of assault. 

On 6/8/22 at 7:39 p.m. in the 1300 block of 2nd Ave SW, police arrested Jospeh Francis Mydlar, 39, on suspicion of 1) kidnapping in the second degree and 2) robbery in the second degree. 

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
