Olympia Police Department

James Earl Jones, 23, was arrested around 3 a.m. in the 1900 block of 4th Avenue West in Olympia. He was charged with the possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.

Phillip Lamont Jenkins, 53, was arrested around 6:02 p.m. in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast in Olympia. He was charged with failure to appear in court. The Police 2 Citizen database, where local police report their daily activity, also said he was also arrested on charges of domestic violence Thursday in the 400 block of 5th Avenue Southeast in Olympia.

Adam James Gardner, 35, was arrested around 8:56 p.m. in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast in Olympia. He was charged with failure to comply.

James Franklin Christian, 61, was arrested around 10:13 p.m. in the 4300 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest in Olympia. He was charged with driving without a license.

Tumwater Police Department

Misty Michelle Wilkins, 40, was arrested around 1:30 p.m. in the 6400 block of Kirsop Road Southwest in Tumwater. She was charged with assault.

Lacey Police Department

Angela Stella Divine, 29, was arrested around 10:32 a.m. in the 700 block of Sleater-Kinney Road Southeast in Lacey. She was charged with shoplifting.

Yelm Police Department

Luke J. Hayter-Rivers, 18, was arrested around 2:51 a.m. in the 200 block of Mill Road Southeast in Yelm. He was charged with unlawful display of sexually explicit material and communication with a minor for immoral purposes.

Daniel Jay Logan, 31, was arrested around 2:45 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Road 507 in Yelm. He was charged with shoplifting, criminal impersonation, unlawful possession of drugs and the use of drug paraphernalia.

Thurston County Sheriff

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a burglary alarm around 12:24 a.m. in the 20100 block of Grand Mound Way Southwest near Centralia. Other burglary alarms reported Thursday occurred around 12:26 a.m. in the 600 block of Sandra Lee Court Southeast in Olympia, around 5:19 a.m. in the 3600 block of Country Club Drive Northwest in Olympia, around 8:14 a.m. in the 18000 block of Leitner Road Southwest in Rochester, around 10:46 p.m. in the 2900 block of Cooper Point Road Northwest in Olympia, around 1:35 p.m. in the 5300 block of 81st Avenue Southwest in Olympia, and around 2:01 p.m. also in the 5300 block of 81st Avenue Southwest in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of harassment around 12:31 a.m. in the 8800 block of Steilacoom Road Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a smoke investigation around 5:30 a.m. in the 15000 block of State Road 8 East in Olympia. Other smoke investigations occurred 5:18 p.m. in the 15800 block of Littlerock Road Southwest in Rochester and around 5:34 p.m. in the 11000 block of Conine Avenue Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a carbon monoxide alarm around 7:33 a.m. in the block of Samurai Drive Southeast in Olympia. Another carbon monoxide alarm was reported around 11:34 a.m. in the 1300 block of Skyridge Street Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a hit-and-run accident around 8:39 a.m. in the 6800 block of Old Olympia Highway Northwest.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a missing person around 9:16 a.m. in the 3400 block of Ferguson Street Southwest in Tumwater.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of theft around 9:24 a.m. in the 16900 block of Smith Prairie Road Southeast in Yelm. Other calls of theft were reported around 11:25 a.m. in the 5800 block of Shincke Road Northeast in Olympia, around 12:50 p.m. in the 4000 block of 15th Court Northeast in Olympia, around 4:47 p.m. in the 14700 block of Old Highway 99 Southeast in Tenino, and around 5:02 p.m. in the 13700 block of Marcon Lane Southwest in Rochester.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a residential fire alarm around 1:03 p.m. in the 5200 block of Cliff Court Southeast in Olympia, and around 6:31 p.m. in the 3100 block of Bonanza Drive Northeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies assisted with a fire around 1:06 p.m. in the 2100 block of Bobb Court Southeast in Olympia, and a second time around 6:56 p.m. in the 2900 block of Firwood Loop Southeast in Olympia.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a robbery around 2:50 p.m. in the 7500 block of Martin Way East in Olympia.
