Levi Spencer Haynes, 29, was arrested around 12:16 a.m. in the 500 block of 4th Avenue West. He was charged with failure to comply.
Brendan Daniel Gee, 22, was arrested around 12:55 p.m. in the 900 block of Farrell Avenue Southeast. He was charged with assault.
Steven Charles Chapman, 35, was arrested around 3 p.m. in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast. He was charged with a probation violation.
Alvaro A. Rodriguez Torrez, 34, was arrested around 4:58 p.m. in the 700 block of Division Street Northwest. He was charged with trespassing and obstructing an officer.
Dominic Gene Lewis, 32, was arrested around 6:44 p.m. in the 1000 block of Lybarger Street Southeast. He had a warrant for his arrest that was issued from outside of Olympia.

Kelvin Alvern Patton, 31, was arrested around 12:30 a.m. in the 6100 block of Ruddell Road Southeast. He had a warrant for his arrest issued outside of Lacey.
Philip Jerome Rawlings, 33, was arrested around 1:15 a.m.in the 4800 block of Martin Way East. He was charged with harassment and malicious mischief.
Frederick James Lockett, 72, was arrested around 2:20 p.m. in the 3700 block of Carpenter Road Southeast. He had a warrant for his arrest issued outside of Lacey.
Tristen Cole Hansen, 21, was arrested around 3:05 p.m. in the 7600 block of Britton Parkway Northeast. He was charged with physical control.
Yelm Police Department
Rodney Bennett Herron, 39, was arrested around 1:45 p.m. in the 17500 block of State Road 507. He was charged with driving without a license.
Nathaniel Jones, 31, was arrested around 8:17 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Road 507. He was charged with shoplifting, possession of a stolen vehicle, trespassing, eluding a police vehicle, reckless endangerment and driving without a license.
Jazmyne L. McCorvey, 26, was arrested around 8:17 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Road 507. She was charged with shoplifting and trespass.
Michael Larry Stepetin, 49, was arrested around 8:17 p.m. in the 9100 block of Wilkensen Road Southeast. He was charged with driving without a license.

Brandon David Ryan, 23, was arrested around 10:58 p.m. in the 16700 block of Bucoda Highway Southeast. He was charged with driving without a license.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of child abuse around 12:05 a.m. in the 1100 block of Chatham Drive Southeast in Olympia.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a burglary around 1:34 a.m. in the 7800 block of Pacific Avenue Southeast in Olympia. Other burglaries were reported around 7:45 a.m. in the 6200 block of 192nd Lane Southwest in Rochester and around 3:24 p.m. in the 8000 block of Pacific Avenue Southeast in Olympia.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a car accident around 1:34 a.m. in the 12400 block of Black Case Road Southwest in Olympia. Other car accidents in the area were reported around 5:05 p.m. in the 2200 block of Mayes Road Southeast in Olympia, and around 5:31 p.m. in the intersection of Delphi Road Southwest and Kinney Road Southwest in Olympia.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of assault around 3:34 a.m. in the 7500 block of 195th Avenue Southwest in Rochester. Other calls of assault occurred around 1:03 p.m. in the 16700 block of Hickory Lane Southeast in Yelm and around 10:12 p.m. in the 4100 block of 119th Avenue Southeast in Tenino.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of malicious mischief around 4:33 a.m. in the 7500 block of 195th Avenue Southwest in Rochester. Other calls of malicious mischief were reported around 5:18 a.m. in the 12400 block of Champion Drive Southwest in Olympia, and around 4:27 p.m. in the 3700 block of Cooper Point Road Northwest in Olympia.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a DUI around 10:34 a.m. in the 500 block of Old Pacific Highway Southeast in Olympia. Another DUI was reported around 10:40 a.m. in the intersection of Old Pacific Highway Southeast and Reservation Road Southeast in Olympia.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a death investigation around 12:41 p.m. in the 5000 block of Libby Road Northeast in Olympia.
Sheriff’s deputies assisted with a fire around 1:46 p.m. in the 18400 block of Fleming Street Southwest in Rochester. Deputies assisted with other fires around 3:56 p.m. in the 12800 block of Yelm Highway Southeast, and around 9:14 p.m. in the 400 block of Chambers Street Northeast in Olympia.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a commercial fire alarm around 4:01 p.m. in the 20300 block of Old Highway 9 Southwest. Deputies responded to a residential fire alarm around 6:08 p.m. in the 3900 block of Legacy Drive Northeast in Olympia.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a fireworks complaint around 11:18 p.m. in the 3000 block of Carpenter Road Southeast in Olympia.
