Through this 4-day intensive, teens who have lost someone significant in their lives connect with nature on their own and gather virtually with other grieving teens. Along the way, skilled guides who are trained to work with youth lead creative activities to help you process your grief, engage with your loss, and make valuable connections with your peers.
Each day, participants spend time in nature by going on a solo hike in a nearby park, taking a neighborhood walk, or even sitting beneath a tree in your yard. Before and after each nature experience, we’ll gather online to share our experiences with grief and support each other. Before the journey, we send you a box of supplies, a day pack, and some guidance information.
