The National Weather Service has issued an alert that scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible this evening. The radar image shows the storm currently covering the southern half of Thurston County as of 7 p.m. May 15.
There is also a weather alert for a heat advisory, and some areas are being issued a flooding warning.
