Thurston County Public Health and Social Services (PHSS) will host first-dose COVID-19 vaccination clinics at South Puget Sound Community College today, tomorrow and Sunday, March 18, 20 and 21. These drive-through clinics are for eligible people with confirmed appointments.

Eligibility for this clinic includes anyone who meets eligibility requirements under Phase 1A, 1B Tier 1, and 1B Tier 2. People seeking a vaccine appointment can use the Washington State Department of Health’s (DOH) online Find Your Phase tool to determine their eligibility to receive the vaccine before scheduling an appointment through DOH’s PrepMod tool or Vaccine Locator tool. Thurston County residents without internet access or who need help making an appointment can call the Thurston County Public Health and Social Services vaccine helpline at 360-867-2610 for assistance.

In accordance with DOH vaccine phase guidelines, all people 65 and older, people 50 and older living in multigenerational households, health care workers, educators, child care workers, pregnant women, people with disabilities, and specified congregate workers are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine at this time.

The vaccination clinics are not open to those without previously scheduled appointments. PHSS is not able to accept walk-in or drive-in patients who do not have an appointment and asks that people without a confirmed appointment do not attend the vaccination event.

Due to the high call volume, DOH and PHSS are experiencing, please be patient if you are unable to receive immediate assistance. If you have access to email or internet, please use those methods for scheduling appointments before calling DOH or PHSS.
