The project is for the installation of two new restrooms, one each for Barclift Park and Tumwater Hill Park as part of the Capital Facilities plan.

The Capital Projects Office presented the construction of the on-site improvements for installation of the prefabricated restrooms, including concrete sidewalks and installing utilities to make the restrooms functional.

Bidding for the project was closed on April 25, when the office received five bids ranging from $215,900 to $398,000.  The original Engineer’s estimate for the restroom improvements project was $256,000.
