Easily accessible on foot from the Odd Fellow's cemetary is the city of Tumwater's Barclift park. Near the park on Barclift Lane are two monuments to sharing. The Sharing Table has long served the strangely entangled Olympia/Tumwater border zone offering a place for neighbors, regardless of citizenship, to share surplus goods, provided they are hardy to the rain. Books, unfortunately, do not like getting wet. This problem was more recently solved with the advent of a neighboring little library whose jaunty roof easily sloughs off all but the most desperate precipitation.
