Before we jump to a position, let's get more information. I respect both Amy and Sam as professionals. Unfortunately, we are only getting the "public story" of this issue. Public debates seldom are fair or correct all of the facts of the event. Amy, you are a lawyer and an elected official, you know what this does to the credibility of both the Commission and the Staff---not good. Let's use better public leadership to address the issues. Good leadership should guide the public review, not the Comments in the JOLT. The public comments should be measured by their professionalism and not their emotion. Also pay attention to how many times each of the commenter's comment. Let them seek election to an office if they want to speak to the public as a leader vs a complainer.
