has 2 sewer lines, one down Rogers and the other in the alleyway between Rogers and Plymouth. And at least 2 houses in the 400 block of Rogers St. NW share the same line, with the line from one house coming across the front of the other property and then, out to the street. In any event, it sounds like an expensive project for the purchasers of these lots.
