Imagine, if you will, 1,000's of empty rentals needing to be filled with renters. Now imagine 1,000's of newly evicted pandemic "derelict" renters applying for those rentals. Can you see the moving out/moving in shuffle coming? Can you see it?
It reminds me of my restaurant cook who messed up an order.
My customer stood up and yelled "I'M NEVER COME HERE AGAIN?" My cook resigned that week and went to work down the street at another restaurant, the same restaurant my disgruntled customer now was preferring and saying the food was terrific, cooked by THE SAME COOK who messed his order up at my place a week earlier.
