As far as I'm concerned, the only worthwhile Master Plan for the airport would be one that allows for commercial flights, say by Alaska or Southwest, to anywhere. Driving to the airport at Portland or Seattle is often a non-starter, and if there are no plans to extend Sound Transit from its southern terminus to Olympia, well ...
