When they say “window reflectors“ one of the things that can be used is aluminum foil, shiny side facing outward. In my home I use “space blankets“ a.k.a. aluminized mylar sheets, at the windows. They reflect over 95% of infrared, but allow visible light to come through to a fair degree.
