My thoughts are that the rampant development of every bit of green space left in Thurston county needs to be stopped. Look at what is going on in Tumwater-they're building everywhere, warehouses and apartments, without any concern for the environment or zoning. Tumwater, especially, is on a landgrab, gobbling up properties (they call it 'annexing, like the Russians 'annexed' Crimea and now Ukraine) so that they can put in yet another warehouse. It needs to stop. I am sure that once Tumwater runs out of available land they'll be coming for Littlerock, Maytown, probably Millersylvania. Even the Capitol Forest..oops, no, it's not a Forest anymore. It's Capitol Slash Pile now. I don't believe they'll give a darn about the Bountiful Byway as anything more than a problem that lots of money greasing legislative palms will solve.
