We, the public, might 'always have the ability to call in". Yes, perhaps, I really don't believe it.
What I do believe is that this is just eyewash. The Port of O..how pedantic.. doesn't LISTEN to the public. The Port of Olympia commissioners merely let us complain and object to their destructive plans: the expansion of the Oly airport, the 93 acre "lease" to Coca Cola to build the largest bottling plant in the US using OUR WATER for free, and all their other grandiose plans. The Port doesn't listen, it doesn't take us into account and has no intentions of changing anything.
This is just letting us shout until we get tired. The Port will continue to steamroll their way over the residents of Thurston county. After all, we're paying for it.
