Excellent Job by our Police and TCSO, certainly a Mentally ill person. A LONG sit in prison may help, if not we will see him again.

Whether the perp was mentally ill or not, he deserves some time in jail. One wonders how often he's done this.

How long would it have taken for him to get bored with just making noise and start shooting into homes.?

This wasn't just a oh, what the heck act. 60 shell casings is a lot of ammo to just burn off.
