On Guest Chef Night, every ticket does more than reserve a seat — it opens a door of opportunity.

As guests gather to enjoy inspired dishes and cultural flavors, they are also helping support ASHHO’s 12-week Trauma-informed Culinary & Hospitality Job Training program.

Behind the scenes, trainees gain hands-on experience in food preparation, service, event setup, and guest hospitality.
