This bio is helpful in understanding the positions I see him take on housing, as he served on council right before downtown Olympia went almost two decades without adding any apartments, a large factor in the current housing crisis.

Jeff Thomas, you need to research all the votes that former Mayor Bob Jacob's made as both a council member and mayor. Bob voted to keep mobile home parks rather than destroy them and replace with with unaffordable apartments. The housing crisis has multiple reasons that could be solved but profits are what rules now.

Jeff Thomas also identity yourself as a builder before analyzing a man who has given decades of service for free to the betterment of this community. This biography of Bob Jacob's is way too short and extremely modest.
