City of Lacey seeks Human Services commissioner

The City of Lacey is looking to fill a vacancy on the Human Services Commission.

The unexpired commission term ends on Dec. 31, 2027.  Applicants must reside within city limits and/or the Lacey Urban Growth Area.

"The seven-member Lacey Human Services Commission ... provides human service-related recommendations to the Lacey City Council," said the City of Lacey in announcing the vacancy.

"This includes community needs, policies, programs, and funding allocations for Human Services Grant Programs, Community Development Block Grant Programs, and other human services-related funding.

The commission meets on the first Thursday of the month, at 5:30 p.m. at Lacey City Hall, 420 College St. SE.
