Concern For Animals Spring Plant & Gift Sale

Posted by cfa_oly

Concern For Animals' mission is to assist members of the communities struggling to care for their pets by providing food, resources, education, and access to veterinary and pet welfare services. Concern for Animals is a non-profit 501(c)(3) located in the heart of Olympia that provides life-saving services for pets in need throughout Thurston, Mason, Lewis, and Grays Harbor County, Washington. They provide services to the local community including financial assistance for spay/neuter and veterinary care, a weekly pet food bank, and act as a resource and information hub. The services we provide to our community help keep pets safe, healthy, and at home. They have two annual fundraisers - The Spring Plant & Gift Sale and Toast for Tails.

The Spring Plant & Gift Sale will be on Saturday, May 11 from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the CFA office. All the plants available at the sale have been grown and cared for by board members, volunteers, and CFA supporters. A few guest vendors, including Sunshine Scoop Ice Cream, Ember Goods Coffee, and several artists from Gallery Boom will join this year. Moore-Art Photography will also be there for pet portraits. All vendors have committed to donating some of their sales back to CFA. This event is pet and family-friendly. Money raised at the Spring Plant & Gift sale goes directly towards their operating cost, ensuring that they can continue to help local pets and the people who love them. Their goal this year is to raise $10,000.
