Joshua Alan Stuva, 25, was arrested around 5:01 p.m. July 7 in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive Northeast in Lacey. He was charged with shoplifting.

Katherine Mae Allen Pecora, 23, was arrested around 6:20 p.m. in the 1400 block of Galaxy Drive Northeast in Lacey. She was charged with shoplifting.
