Heroes Hoops Classic Fundraiser

The Heroes Hoops Classic Fundraiser will be held at noon at Salish Middle School on 16 March.  The Horizons Elementary K-Kids club members (4^th and 5th-grade students) are helping to organize this event to support the 18^th annual Day of Champions event---the annual event for students with disabilities to participate in modified track and field events at South Sound Stadium (29 May 2024).  The NT Kiwanis Club will again host the Day of Champions for hundreds of participants and volunteers---student, community and military volunteers!

The Heroes Hoops Classic will provide funds for this event.  The NTPS staff will challenge a team from the Nisqually Tribe—furthering the district's great partnership with the Tribe.  This is an all-volunteer event—refs, timekeepers, announcers, etc.
