Intercity Transit wants to hear from the public

Intercity Transit is conducting a survey to get a better understanding of how well its website and digital tools meet the needs of riders.

Individuals who want to participate in the survey can click here. At the end of the survey participants can enter raffle for a $100 gift card good at more than 2,500 retailers.

"Your responses will be kept completely confidential. Your name will not be attached to any results," said the transit agency in announcing the survey.

"We appreciate your willingness to participate and value your feedback. Our hope is this process will help us understand your needs and improve our online services."

The survey must be completed no later than July 17.
