Motorist arrested for alleged DUI after vehicle crashes in Olive Garden parking lot

A male motorist was arrested on for allegedly driving under the influence after the vehicle he was in hit two other vehicles in the Olive Garden parking lot at Capital Mall on Thursday, March 27.

The motorist, whose name was not released by authorities, apparently fell out of the vehicle after the crash, the Olympia Police Department said in a social media post.

People in the vicinity of the crash apparently tried to help the motorist, who suffered some lacerations in the incident.

The man was later arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
