Multiple firearms, drugs found in stolen truck

Thurston County Sheriff’s deputies found multiple firearms and narcotics in a truck plying Marvin Road last Friday.

In a social media post, the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office said Sheriff’s deputies stopped a stolen pickup truck on the 1400 block of Marvin Road NE on June 3.

Authorities obtained a warrant to search the vehicle and found “multiple firearms and narcotics including suspected Fentanyl, Xanax, Meth and Heroin.”

The suspect, a 42-year-old man from Pierce County, was booked for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver while armed, as well as possession of a stolen firearm and possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
