Murder suspected in death of local man

The Aug. 7 suspicious death of an Olympia man is being investigated by Thurston County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies.

Dan Presley, 51, was discovered on Saturday morning at approximately 10:50 a.m. with an apparent gunshot wound to the head in his home in the 800 block of 93^rd Ave SW by a family member.

The preliminary investigation’s findings suggest that Presley was asleep in his bed and shot through his bedroom window.
