Mycology Walk

Want to learn more about PNW fungi? Join this fall mycological outing on the Land Trust’s Powell Creek Protected Lands.

University of Washington Tacoma Professor and forest mycorrhizal ecologist, EC Cline, PhD, will lead in exploration of the woods in search of a variety of fungi.

You'll learn about this incredibly diverse and bizarre branch of life, get helpful tips for mushroom identification, and discuss the important role fungi play in forest ecology.
