New apartment complex could be built in Olympia

A new 84-unit apartment complex, the GOAT Apartments, may be built on vacant property at 3311 6^th Avenue SW in Olympia.

The Inland Group, headquartered in Spokane, is proposing to develop the site. There would be two four-story apartment buildings and parking for 116 vehicles, along with bicycle parking and 38,200 square feet of landscaping.

The city of Olympia’s Site Plan Review Committee will consider this proposal at its meeting on Wednesday at 9 am.
