Olympia’s second annual Juneteenth Celebration Festival

Olympia’s Juneteenth celebration festival is hosted by Shawna Hawk of the Women of Color in Leadership Movement and Media Island International in partnership with the City of Olympia.
 
The event welcomes all community members to enjoy live music, performances, food vendors and festivities. Featured presenters and performers include Olympia Poet Laureate Ashly McBunch, R&B/hip-hop artist Shady B, The Black Tones, The Buffalo Soldiers, Tunes and Melodie by DJ Lady Hawk and more.
 
The family-friendly event runs from 1-5 p.m. on June 19.
 
The Rebecca Howard Park event site at 911 Adams St. SE, Olympia, WA 98501 offers ADA-accessible amenities. Visit Intercity Transit to make use of nine zero-fare bus routes into Downtown Olympia.
