On 8/6/2021 at 1:15 a.m.  in the 2400 block of Marvin Rd NE, police arrested Samantha Nichole Robson, 31, on suspicion of 1) theft shoplifting and 2) malicious mischief.

On 8/7/2021 at 8:45 a.m. in the 5700 block of 30th Ave SE, police arrested Michael Lee Jackson, 41, on suspicion of 1) kidnapping in the first degree, 2) assault in the fourth degree, 3) harassment - threats to kill, and 4) resisting arrest.

On 8/8/2021 at 5:22 p.m. in the 1300 block of Galaxy Dr NE, police arrested Aaron James Parmley, 39, on suspicion of theft-shoplifting.

Olympia Police Department

On 8/6/2021 at 4:26 a.m. in the 400  block of Franklin St NE, police arrested Ethan Journey Schiltz, 33, on suspicion of malicious mischief in the third degree.

On 8/7/2021 at 12:04 a.m. in the 3600 block of 7th Ave SW, police arrested Justina Ray Fite, 33, on suspicion of 1) assault domestic violence and 2) malicious mischief in the third degree.

On 8/7/2021 at 12:22 a.m. in the 2400 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Kamie Deana Sawtell, 37,on suspicion of assault in the fourth degree.

On 8/7/2021 at 9:02 a.m.  in the 1900 block of State Ave NE, police arrested Jose L Ramos Lemus, 29,on suspicion of 1) assault in the second degree, 2) harassment - threats to kill, 3) interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, and 4) criminal trespass in the first degree.

On 8/7/2021 at 11:53 a.m. in the 1800 block of 11th Ave SW, police arrested Darnell Deoneavay Butler, 35, on suspicion of 1) assault and 2) harassment.

On 8/7/2021 at 9:20 p.m. in the 600 block of Chestnut St SE, police arrested Layne R Smith, 24, on suspicion of robbery in the first degree.

On 8/8/2021 at 1:03 a.m.  in the 1300 block of Marvin Rd SE, police arrested Amy Lynn Holtz, 44, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

On 8/8/2021 at 5:43 a.m.  in the 2600 block of 4th Ave W, police arrested Michael J Stewart, 36, for an out-of-town warrant.

On 8/8/2021 at 6:02 a.m.  in the 3000 block of  Allen Rd SE, police arrested Norman J Field, 57, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 8/8/2021 at 6:08 a.m. in the 400  block of 4th Ave E, police arrested Timothy David Valentine, 38, on suspicion of assault in the second degree.

On 8/8/2021 at 2:40 p.m. in the 2300 block of Harrison Ave NW, police arrested Fernando Cortez Faust, 30, on suspicion of 1) theft shoplifting and 2) reckless burning.

On 8/8/2021 at 8:11 p.m. in the 9200 block of Littlerock Rd SW, police arrested Lindsay S Maher, 34, for an out-of-town warrant.

On 8/8/2021 at 11:08 p.m. in the 17100 block of Fern St SW, police arrested Jessica Danielle Lee, 29, on suspicion of failure to comply.

Tumwater Police Department

On 8/6/2021 at 1:48 a.m. in the 600 block of Trosper Rd SW, police arrested Erick M Wheeler, 44, on suspicion of 1) possessing a stolen firearm, 2) felon in possession of firearm, and 3) intimidation with a weapon.

On 8/6/2021 at 5:24 p.m. in the 400 block of  Lee St SW, police arrested Thomas James Harak, 28, on suspicion of 1) possession of a stolen vehicle and 2) possessing stolen property in the third degree.

On 8/6/2021 at 10:33 p.m. in the 6300 block of Onyx Ct SE, police arrested Patrick Wayne Prince, 36, on suspicion of assault in the fourth degree.

On 8/7/2021 at 12:39 a.m. in the 4800 block of Rural Rd SW, police arrested Emily Petrine Satcher, 31, on suspicion of assault in the fourth degree.

On 8/7/2021 at 11:42 p.m. in the 300 block of Deschutes Way SW, police arrested Samantha McMillan Watchie, 26, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Yelm Police Department

On 8/8/2021 at 5:51 p.m. in the 1100 block of  Yelm Ave E, police arrested Antonio H Ray, 60, on suspicion of theft-shoplifting.

On 8/8/2021 at 8:20 p.m. in the 17100 block of Sr 507, police arrested Austin A Barker, 25, on suspicion of an unattended hit and run.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
