Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 4/3/26 at 9:45 a.m. in the 10600 block of Katieann Lane SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Juan Carlos Murillo, 23, on suspicion of 1) fourth-degree assault, 2) unlawful imprisonment, 3) interfering with reporting of domestic violence, 4) obstructing a law enforcement officer, and 5) first-degree malicious mischief.

Lacey Police Department

On 4/3/26 at 1:08 p.m. in the 1200 block of Marvin Road NE and 4500 block of Ruddell Road SE, police arrested David Anthony Hoselton, 41, on suspicion of 1) theft ― shoplifting, 2) eluding police vehicle, 3) hit and run attended, 4) hit-and-run unattended, 5) resisting arrest, and 6) third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 4/3/26 at 2:18 p.m. in the 4600 block of Martin Way E and Southbound on Ramp Martin Way E, police arrested Devonn Michael Townsend, 26, on suspicion of second-degree theft ― shoplifting.

On 4/3/26 at 9:41 p.m. in the 500 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Dale Wayne Kennedy, 52, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 4/3/26 at 10:19 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Mike Douglas Hitesman, 46, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 4/3/26 at 10:28 p.m. in the 8000 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Jasmine M. Berndt, 18, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.

On 4/3/26 at 10:38 p.m. in the 1600 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Austin Alexander Reynolds, 30, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 4/3/26 at 12:28 a.m. in the 1200 block of Fern Street SW, police arrested German Rosas-Arenas, 33, on suspicion of unlawful possession of firearms.

On 4/3/26 at 12:52 a.m. in the 800 block of Yauger Way SW, police arrested Norissa M. Wilcher Fernandez, 32, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 4/3/26 at 11:56 a.m. in the 200 block of Franklin Street NE, police arrested Kyle William Smith, 36, on suspicion of 1) second-degree assault, and 2) third-degree theft ― pick pocket.

On 4/3/26 at 12:45 p.m. in the 2600 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Deanna Marie Finch, 46, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 4/3/26 at 4:16 p.m. in the 400 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Brenton Neal Klasen, 39, on suspicion of 1) pedestrian interference, and 2) misdemeanor warrant.

On 4/3/26 at 4:38 p.m. in the 3500 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Jermaine Marcell Garland, 44, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 4/3/26 at 5:48 p.m. in the 3700B00 block of Martin Way E, police arrested John Bromilow Langdale, 69, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, 2) hit and run attended, and 3) ignition interlock required.

On 4/3/26 at 11:37 p.m. in the 100 block of Pattison Street NE, police arrested Ulysses G. Rettberg, 35, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 4/3/26 at 11:52 p.m. in the 100 block of Olympia Avenue NE and Capitol Way N, police arrested Dakotah Dartanyon Carlson, 27, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 4/3/26 at 8:55 p.m. in the 1100 block of Kingswood Drive SW, police arrested Ashley L. Gimbert, 26, on suspicion of 1) third-degree theft ― shoplifting, and 2) obstructing a law enforcement officer.

On 4/3/26 at 10:46 a.m. in the 300 block of Longmire Street NW, police arrested Caleb Jordan Bowman, 18, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 4/3/26 at 9:47 p.m. in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested Ashley L. Gimbert, 26, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.
